THE PROCESS
We’re so glad you’re interested in welcoming one of our Goldens into your family. To help us get to know you, prepare for your puppy, and gather the necessary contact information, we ask that all families complete our New Puppy Application.
STEPS
1. Submit Your Application.
Once you’re ready to move forward with one of our puppies, please complete our online Puppy Application Form.
2. Reserve Your Spot.
A down payment is required the same day you submit your application. This secures your place for upcoming litters or currently available puppies.
3. Pick‑of‑the‑Litter Options.
First and Second pick‑of‑the‑litter spots are available for an additional fee listed on the application, or you may choose the next available reservation spot.
The breeder reserves the right to select puppies first for our breeding program. All remaining puppies will be available for customer selection in reservation order.
4. Follow Updates
Watch your email and our Instagram/Facebook pages for updates, announcements, and photos as the puppies grow.
5. Puppy Selection
When it’s time to choose your puppy, we will contact you and schedule your selection in reservation order after the 1st and 2nd picks are completed. Selection is done through video and/or photos.
6. Second Payment
The next payment is due when puppies reach 3 weeks of age.
If puppies are already over 3 weeks when you apply, we will request the down payment first, followed by the next 50% with the reservation contract.
7. Additional Options
If you select any optional add‑ons not included in the contract, we will send an invoice for those items.
8. Contract & Final Payment
We will email your contract once your puppy has been selected. Final payment is due when the contract is sent and must be cleared before pickup.
9. Pickup or Delivery
We will notify you of your pickup date and time based on the age option you selected.
If you cannot pick up on the scheduled date, additional fees apply as outlined in the contract.
We typically do not schedule Sunday pickups, as this time is reserved for church, family, and rest. If a Sunday pickup is necessary, a $200 fee applies.
Delivery may be arranged when available.
PRICING INFORMATION
Please refer to the application for detailed pricing based on the litter and options you choose. Below is a general overview:
Golden Retriever puppies picked up by 8 weeks start at $4,020 (with Choice 1 pickup age and a 30" metal crate).
Additional options selected on the application will be added to the final price.
Down payment: $1,000 to join the reservation list
Next 50%: Due at 3 weeks of age (or at purchase if puppy is older)
Final balance: Due when the contract is emailed after selection
Payments are made via Zelle. Pricing is subject to change.

PUPPY GO‑HOME AGE
Standard go‑home age is 8 weeks.
Pickup After 8 Weeks
We offer extended stays (9 weeks and older) for an additional fee. Pricing is listed on the application under each litter.
Puppies staying longer benefit from:
More crate training
Longer nighttime sleep
Fewer potty breaks
Better adjustment for families with work schedules
PROGRAM INCLUSIONS
Pick‑of‑the‑litter spots (1 & 2) are available for an additional fee while openings remain.
Crate training is included in our program, with multiple training levels available.
AKC registration is required, and we complete the entire registration process for you. Every puppy is microchipped and enrolled in AKC Reunite’s lifetime registration program with a basic ID tag.
Every puppy receives crate training, and we provide a take‑home schedule to help you continue their routine and ensure a smooth transition.
