 THE PROCESS


We appreciate your interest in our goldens! We want to get to know you,  gather information for our options to prepare for your puppy,  and have contact information of our customers, so we ask you to fill out a new puppy application. 


STEPS

1.  Submit online application.

2.  Place a down payment same day you submit application to reserve next spot for upcoming puppies or puppy available. Waiting lists are on a first-come, first-serve basis with 1st & 2nd picks being additional fee listed on application and we reserve the right to first choice for our breeding program.

3.  Watch your email and our website/Facebook Page for updates and pictures

4.  Select puppy, when it comes time to pick. We will schedule picking in the order of reservations once 1st & 2nd choices are complete. We will announce when selection is starting. It will be through video and/or pictures. 

5. Next payment is due when pups are 3 weeks old which we will request. If pups are over 3 weeks, we will request payments.

6. We will send Invoice for any additional options added that aren't included in contract.

 7. We will send the contract by email to sign once selection has been made. Final payment will be requested when contract is emailed with puppy selected prior to pick up.

8.  We let you know when your pick up date and time is and you will need to come get your puppy on pick up date or if delivery it will be when we can arrange to deliver. If you can't pick up on our scheduled pick up date, there is additional fees which are stated in the contract and application. We do not schedule pick-up on Sunday's typically as we take this time for church, our family, and rest. If you need a Sunday it's an additional fee of $200 for pick up.   You will need to make arrangements for cleared funds of final payment to be received by us before you take your puppy.

Pricing Information Details

Golden Retrievers base fee start for pickup by 8 weeks is $3,985 if choosing option 1 under pickup age, & 30" metal crate  plus extra options selected will be added to final price for pick up by 8 weeks. Detail pricing is on our application based on litter and options chosen. Down payment is $1000 to be on reservation list, 50% of balance is due when puppies are 3 weeks old or at time of purchase if puppy is older, final balance is due when puppy is selected and contract is emailed prior to pick up or now if puppy is already available for pick up. Payments are by Zelle. (Price is subject to change)           

Extra Options - service we offer for you are below and some are essential, however you may desire to handle on your own so we make them optional! These are listed on our application for you to select if desired. 


*AKC registration certificate plus Pedigree - Fee $40

*AKC registration certificate  plus Pedigree plus AKC special basket with blanket embroidered with puppy's name - Fee $110.  

*AKC Puppy Teething kit - Fee $60

* Microchip with lifetime registration is included. Additional QR code, name, & silencer is - Fee $30

* First vaccine DPv- $20

* 28 lb. Dr. Gary's Best Breed Dog Food & Perna-flex2 Vitamin - $141


Puppy standard age to go home is by 8 weeks

***FOR PICKUP AFTER 8 WEEKS WHICH EQUALS MORE TRAINING, BOARDING, & CARE **We do offer pick up at age 9 weeks and older for an additional fee. Pricing is on application and listed under the litter you choose with pricing by age and states what the crate training choice is included . Puppies will be further along with sleeping through the night, needing less restroom breaks, and more adjusted to preparing for work schedules with age.


Pick of the litter spot 1 & 2 puppies are additional price shown on application and must be selected which is only listed while spots are open. 

Crate training  is part of our program and between $300 to $1000 and is already listed with pricing included on application. 



We do require AKC registration and do it for you . You have the choice for extra Option 2 or 3 and 4 pricing is listed on FAQ's page. As with a new puppy it can be difficult to find the time to get it done and this takes the pressure off you and constant follow up we like to avoid and prevents the registration from being done incorrectly! 


All puppies are microchipped with lifetime AKC reunite registration with basic tag.



AS PART OF OUR PROGRAM  FOR ALL PUPPPIES WE REQUIRE CRATE TRAINING AND OFFER DIFFERENT CHOICES (our customers love and appreciate what we do) -  All puppies will have a schedule that goes home with them to help you continue the training and makes having a new puppy so much easier to transition.

Individual Crate training - Puppy standard age to go home is by 7-8 weeks

Choice 1 Introduce crate for them to get familiar with being in crate FOR 5 days straight prior to scheduled date they go home and will help with starting them to reduce crying and accidents in crate when they go home at 7-8 weeks and you will continue training at home.

Choice 2 for daytime and night training for puppy staying up to 10 weeks of age starting by 6 weeks old and implementing on a routine schedule and you will continue when they go home. (most effective and most choose this option).

Choice 3 for daytime and night training for puppy staying to age 11 weeks and up to 13 weeks of age as we work & care day and night with them and age appropriate (over 10 weeks) we teach them to go in with treats as the first stages if ready. You will continue training at home at any age they are when you pick up and we recommend taking training classes to continue. 

Choice 4 for daytime and night training for puppy staying to age over 13 weeks and leaves at 16 weeks and older as we work & care day and night with them and age appropriate(over 10 weeks) we teach them to go in with treats as the first stages if ready. You will continue training at home at any age they are when you pick up and we recommend taking training classes to continue. 

Crate -We require that you pay to purchase crate from us that will go home with puppy so that transition is already in process. Price for crate is based on you choice  you select on application. We want all our customers to have crate training as it has been very beneficial in assisting with potty training, predictable schedule routine and helping your puppy transition to their new environment with familiar place to go back to. If you have purchased a puppy before you will notice the difference is what our customers are saying since we started making this an important part of our program.





Full AKC rights is an additional $3000 on listed price chosen on application to approved breeders or those needing for showmanship.  (breeding is at your risk as no breeder can 100% guarantee perfect outcome in every single litter)
