Below is the PREVIEW for example of the reservation agreement receipt for reserving a puppy. 

The puppy is an AKC Golden Retriever breed. The total selling price is $ _________ for a puppy. The cost for the crate for training, any other extra options selected, and shipping is not included if not picking up in person. 

This receipt is for a puppy down payment to be on the reservation list for upcoming litter available. This will place you on the list for the next available spot. This non-refundable down payment of $______ goes toward the total price of the puppy of $_______. Once puppy is 3 weeks 50% of balance is due and will be requested by email or text. Once the puppy selection is made, the contract will be sent via email and the final $_________ is due upon receipt of the contract along with the signed contract to secure your puppy.  The remaining balance of $________ is due by Zelle 14 days prior to pick up. (Note: Zelle may have limits, so you may need to do more than one payment). If shipping or other arrangements are made with us, fees will be billed before delivery to include all expenses agreed upon set forth the breeders’ incurred cost for arrangements.

 If any unexpected occurrence happens beyond our control with planned litter, you agree to allow us for up to 24 months to provide you with a puppy.

If the buyer can no longer pay the balance or no longer wants the puppy, the seller can put the puppy back up for sale with no further notice to the buyer and all money paid to breeder will be forfeited. The puppy will not be held over 2 hours from the scheduled date and time of pick up once the date is set for scheduled pick up unless an agreement has been made between breeder and buyer. If the buyer does not communicate within 8 hours to confirm pick up that will be scheduled 7 or more days in advance, the puppy and deposit will be forfeited to the next buyer on reservation list.
