Pickup & Delivery Options

We want bringing your puppy home to be as smooth and stress‑free as possible. Whether you’re local or out of state, we offer several safe and convenient options for pickup and delivery. Our goal is to make sure every family has a clear, predictable plan for their puppy’s transition home.

Local Pickup

Families picking up in person will meet us at a designated location near our home in Garland, Texas. For the safety and privacy of our family, we do not offer home pickups.

We will provide the exact meeting location and time once your puppy’s pickup date is scheduled. This location is easy to access, safe, and close to our home so your puppy experiences minimal travel before meeting you.

Pickup times are scheduled based on the age option you selected in your application.

Sunday pickups are not available unless absolutely necessary.
If a Sunday pickup is required, a $200 fee applies.

DFW Airport Pickup

For families flying in to pick up their puppy, we offer curbside airport delivery at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

This option is ideal for families who want to fly in, meet their puppy, and fly home the same day.

Important notes:

• We meet curbside only

• We do not enter the terminal

• Please allow enough time for check‑in, security, and airline pet requirements

• You are responsible for your airline‑approved soft‑sided carrier

We will coordinate timing with your flight schedule to ensure a smooth handoff.

Flight Nanny Delivery

If you prefer your puppy to fly to you, we can help arrange a professional flight nanny. Your puppy will travel in‑cabin with a trained nanny and be handed directly to you at your airport.

This option is available on a case‑by‑case basis depending on nanny availability and flight schedules.

Flight nanny fees vary based on destination and timing.

Ground Transport

Ground delivery may be available depending on distance, timing, and weather. This option is ideal for families within driving distance who prefer not to travel.

Pricing varies based on mileage and availability.

Meet‑Halfway Delivery

For families within a reasonable distance, we offer meet‑halfway delivery when available. This option helps reduce travel time for both you and your puppy.

Fees are based on distance and will be discussed when scheduling.

Preparing for Pickup or Delivery

No matter which option you choose, we will:

• Confirm your pickup or delivery date

• Provide your puppy’s current schedule the day before pickup

• Ensure your puppy has had appropriate rest and minimal stimulation before travel

• Review any final instructions or supplies you may need
