Extended Stay & Puppy Development Program

Our puppy development and extended stay program is designed to give your puppy a confident, structured start before joining your family. Every puppy receives age-appropriate crate conditioning, routine management, and independent rest cycles. Families may choose from several program levels depending on how long their puppy stays with us and how much structure they want established before going home.

All puppies begin full day-and-night crate conditioning at 5.5 to 6 weeks, and the program options below reflect how long your puppy continues in that structured routine prior to pickup.

Preparing Puppies for Real Life: Conditioned "Away Time"

Many families work full-time, run errands, or have active social schedules. To ensure our puppies transition seamlessly into your household, our program specifically conditions puppies for independent "away time" right from the start.

Instead of creating needy puppies that require constant human engagement, we build confidence, emotional independence, and self-regulation through structured daily management:

Our calm, low-stimulation environment supports healthy emotional development and helps puppies learn to settle, rest, and self-regulate—skills that make the transition home significantly easier for families.

Puppy Development & Program Options

Health & Vaccination Policy:

We follow a delayed vaccination protocol designed to protect your puppy’s developing immune system. We administer core vaccines at 16 weeks when maternal antibodies have naturally cleared, allowing the vaccine to take effectively without over-vaccinating.

Who Might Prefer a Longer Stay (11–18 Weeks)?

An extended-stay puppy is an ideal fit for families who:

Crate Requirement & Home Transition

Every puppy goes home with the crate they have been training in to preserve their sense of security. A 24" crate is included with foundational options, and families may choose to upgrade to a larger size depending on their training option. Pricing for crate upgrades is reflected in your puppy application. Families consistently report easier transitions, smoother first nights, and faster adjustment when their puppy goes home with their familiar crate.

What to Expect at Home:

Your puppy will come home with their familiar crate, a predictable daily routine, established potty habits, and a detailed schedule guide so you can seamlessly continue their conditioning at home.
