 THE PROCESS


We’re so glad you’re interested in welcoming one of our Goldens into your family. Our process is designed to be clear, organized, and supportive from the moment you apply until the day your puppy comes home.



STEP 1- Submit Your Application.

 When you’re ready to move forward, please complete our online Puppy Application Form. This helps us get to know you, understand your preferences, and gather the information needed to prepare for your puppy’s arrival.

STEP 2 - Reserve Your Spot.

 A down payment is required the same day you submit your application. This secures your reservation for an upcoming litter or a currently available puppy. 

Step 3 - Pick‑of‑the‑Litter Options.

You may choose the next available reservation spot, or select a premium pick position (1st, 2nd, or 3rd pick) for an additional fee listed on the application.
The breeder always reserves the right to make selections first for our breeding program. All remaining puppies are then available for families to choose in reservation order.
Note for Legolas litters: Pick‑of‑the‑litter applies to males only. If a female is available, a premium female pick may be selected for an additional $500.

Step 4 - Follow Updates

Watch your email and our Instagram/Facebook pages for updates, announcements, and photos as the puppies grow. We love sharing their milestones with you. 


Step 5 - Puppy Selection

When it’s time to choose your puppy, we will contact you and schedule your selection in reservation order after the premium picks are completed. Selection is done through video and/or photos.

Step 6 - Second Payment

The next payment is due when puppies reach 3 weeks of age. If puppies are already older then 3 weeks when you apply, we will request the down payment first, followed by the next 50% with the reservation contract, or if ready to go payment in full.

Step 7 - Additional Options

If you select any optional add‑ons not included in the contract, we will send an invoice for those items.

Step 8 - Contract & Final Payment

Your contract will be emailed once your puppy is selected. The final payment is due when the contract is sent and must be cleared before pickup.

Step 9 - Pickup or Delivery

We will notify you of your pickup date and time based on the age option you selected. If you cannot pick up on the scheduled date, additional fees apply as outlined in the contract. We typically do not schedule Sunday pickups, as this time is reserved for church, family, and rest. If a Sunday pickup is necessary, a $200 fee applies. Delivery may be arranged when available.

PUPPY GO‑HOME AGE

Standard go‑home age is 8 weeks.

Pickup After 8 Weeks

We offer extended stays (9 weeks and older) for an additional fee. You’ll find the exact pricing listed on the application, organized by each planned litter, as age‑option fees vary by litter.
