For Kibble We recommend using www.dogfoodadvisor.com to choose a 4 or 5-star feed. This will result in less poop, less smell, no bad breath, white teeth, a healthy coat, strong organs, and a longer living dog. Nearly all cancer can be avoided with this diet, an 18+ months delay in spaying and proper exercise with a loving and safe family environment.
Many dogs can be sensitive to chicken which is in most dog formula's. The highlighted formula does not have chicken or poultry. As with any dog food, if you see a reaction from eating a food or they refuse it then you should change the bag of food.
WSAVA approved dog foods are Purina(One & Pro Plan), Hills, Royal Canin, Iams, and Eukanuba - We like that Purina has the most options for different needs however if staying with kibble it is best to purchase WSAVA approved. Taste of the Wild is not, but we have found that our dogs have done well on the All Stage Formulas
