Golden Retriever Puppy Payment Contract Example
If you would like a payment plan option for our puppies below is an example of what it looks would look like. Dates and payment amounts are different based on when you sign and make payments per agreement we discuss prior to contract. We have weekly OR bi-weekly payment option to choose with final payment due 7 days before pick up.

Below is a Weekly sample contract for June puppies, if getting future litter payments will change accordingly.
The puppy is a Golden Retriever breed. Total selling price is $3500.00. The cost does not include shipping if not picking up in person or boarding fees which must be discussed on execution of contract.
· Down Payment: Breeder hereby accepts a non-refundable down payment of $500 paid concurrently with the execution of the Reservation Agreement and has been applied towards the purchase price of the puppy. It is agreed that said down payment is the Buyers commitment to buy the puppy.
Method of payment will be ZELLE or you will need to drive to our designated location to pay cash. Payment to Zelle is to name rangelfamilygoldens@outlook.com Chase Bank on each date listed on scheduled payment plan below. If the Buyer does not make full payments as agreed per payment plan of $______ weekly/bi-weekly starting on March _____ through May 24th and final payment of $____on May 31, 2024, buyer forfeits deposit. If a payment is not processed by 4 PM for each date listed in the payment schedule set, the contract may be null and void unless communication is made that there was an issue, and it is submitted and clear. · Registration: This puppy is being sold as a pet and companion animal. Registration for this puppy is limited as defined by the American Kennel Club.

This contract is for a golden retriever puppy and to be on the reservation list for upcoming June litter available (actual date to be determined). This will place you on the list for the next available spot. The payments go towards the total price of the puppy. This deposit will hold the puppy until it is ready for pick up. The remaining balance of $______ is due within 7 days prior to pick up.

If any unexpected occurrence happens beyond our control, you agree to allow us up to 24 months to provide you with a puppy.
If the buyer can no longer pay the balance or no longer wants the puppy, the seller can put the puppy back up for sale with no further notice to the buyer and all money paid will be forfeited. The puppy will not be held over 24 hours from the scheduled date and time of pick up once the date is set for scheduled pick up unless agreement has been made between breeder and buyer. If the buyer does not communicate within 24 hours to confirm pick up that will be scheduled 7 or more days in advance, the puppy and deposit will be forfeited to the next buyer on reservation list.
